A consciously paced flow to encourage connection to the breath throughout our movement and our stillness. A balance of effort and rest; stretch and strengthening; breath and meditation to leave you feeling nourished and strong in mind and body.

NOURISH & RESTORE

Tuesdays & Wednesdays  9am

In Studio Class

A class to truly recharge your whole system in the quiet and comfort of our rural setting.

 

Gentle stretching to create space; restorative postures to nourish the mind and body; breathwork and mindfulness to settle the nervous system and to restore balance and harmony to the whole system.

​

A blend of gentle movement, restorative and yin postures and mindful meditation, all connected by our focus on the breath. A wonderful way to give back to yourself.

re-connect, stretch & 

strengthen 

Tuesdays  6:30pm

In-Studio Class

60 Min

$22 pp

An evening class with a balance of mindful movement, gentle stretch and measured effort - all connected to our breath.

An hour in which to abandon the demands of the week and to reconnect with the body while encouraging the mind to rest away from its usual activities and settle upon the breath, your movement and the present moment.

mid-week replenish

Wednesdays  5:45pm- 7pm

In-Studio Class

75 Min

$25 pp

75mins just for you. Time to reconnect with yourself. Time to regulate your nervous system, gently stretch, move and rest. Time to fill your own cup so that you might move through the remainder of your week from a place of self-awareness, compassion and comfort.

Come along to experience the benefits of a little bit of time devoted to nourishing and replenishing yourself.

Hips, hamstrings, chest & shoulders - let's soften

Thursdays  6:30pm

In Studio Class

60 Min

$22 pp

A class focused on softening and opening some of areas of the body most susceptible to becoming tense, tight and uncomfortable.

Using gentle movement, stretch and stillness within postures to coax tensions and stress from the body and mind. Employing the connection of the breath in all we do to have a positive impact on the nervous system and to assist in our release.

Connect & Grow

In-Person Connection...

Once per fortnight, on rotating days.

$10 per person

Once a fortnight, either on the Monday, Wednesday or Thursday morning,  right after our in-studio class, you have the option of staying on for a cuppa and a chat with your fellow yogis.

It’s a rotating roster, so just contact me if you are interested in coming along and I will let you know the next few dates…

 

For 90mins, you will have the chance to make connections and grow your community, all while enjoying a cuppa and some tasty home-baked treats.

 

Relaxed and rustic...good company, delicious food and great conversations.

“As a long time yoga participant, I have been enjoying Leah Taylor’s yoga classes since they began in March (2020). 

 

Due to Covid restrictions, my first classes were in my own home, via Zoom meetings. From the outset I found Leah to give a highly professional, comprehensive class with very clear and explicit instructions that enabled me to have an extremely satisfying yoga experience in my own lounge room.

​

When classes became possible at Leah’s home, I did not hesitate to attend. She has a beautifully set up tranquil space for yoga, complete with a slow combustion heater for chilly mornings! It is the nicest yoga room I have ever been in. Spotlessly clean and inviting, with a view to the garden and the sound of birdsong outside. Perfect.

I have attended both the dynamic flow and the restorative classes and would highly recommend both. The dynamic flow class is a stronger class but includes elements of breathwork, yoga postures, stretches and relaxation. Leah varies the classes each day and consistently reminds people to work at the level they are most comfortable with. She provides options/modifications to suit individual needs.

Leah is an extremely passionate, capable yoga teacher. As a devotee of yoga for most of her life, she has extensive knowledge and a natural ability to readily share her knowledge. With her delightfully warm, caring and welcoming personality she ensures everyone has a positive and enjoyable yoga class.

 

I highly recommend Leah’s “ripple yoga” to you and I plan on continuing to attend to enjoy all the benefits yoga has to offer including strength, flexibility and relaxation strategies.”
